Sam Simione is the President of Contech and Sales Engineer for Mil-Aero and Key Accounts. Sam is the Operations Manager for the company.

Sam has over 20 years experience working for Test & Measurement manufacturers, holding positions in Engineering, Applications, Sales and Marketing. Sam’s sales and engineering experience includes Microwave & RF products, General Purpose Test & Measurement products, Power Supplies & Sources, Automatic Test Equipment, Signal Analysis products & Digital (Network) Test Products.

Sam’s key accounts are companies such as Honeywell, BAE Systems, ITT, L-3, FAA, NAVAIR & US Army Facilities in NJ & Eastern PA. Previous to forming Contech in 1993, Sam’s engineering and sales experience is with the following companies:

Sam holds a BSEE from the Polytechnic Institute of New York. Graduate credits from NJIT and has attended Sales courses at the American Management Association. Sam is a member of the IEEE.

Anthony is the Sales Engineer for New York City, Nassau & Suffolk counties (Long Island) New York. Anthony is Vice President of Contech and the Sales Manager responsible for managing seminars and local trade shows, Principal Visits and reporting.

Anthony has over 20 years experience in Sales & Marketing of Test & Measurement products with Iwatsu, Fluke and Wavetek. Anthony’s sales and engineering experience includes General Purpose Test & Measurement products, Microwave & RF Products, Communications Test products, Data Acquisition, Calibrators & Standards, Automatic Test Equipment, Digital Scopes, Logic and Spectrum Analyzers, & Power Supplies.

Anthony’s Key accounts are L-3 Narda, Miteq, Symbol Technologies, Brookhaven National Labs, Telephonics, Herley, BAE/Hazeltine, FAA, Northrop Grumman, Lockheed Martin & Con Edison.

Don Link joined Contech in October of 2003. Don has over 15 years experience in selling RF/uWave & Wireless Measuring Instruments, Power Supplies & Sources engineered assemblies, components and cables. Don’s territory includes Southern NY State, Northern New Jersey & Fairfield County, CT. Don resides in Paramus, New Jersey.

Don’s key accounts include IBM, LeCroy, Alcatel Lucent, Motorola, Anadigics, Andrew, Flarion (Qualcomm), PetraSolar and Exxon Research. Don holds a BSEE from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Worcester, MA.

John joined Contech in July of 2005 and is the Sales Engineer for Mercer County New Jersey, Jersey Shore & Northeast & Central John joined Contech in July of 2005 and is the Sales Engineer Eastern PA, Southern NJ and Delaware.

John’s sales and engineering experience includes Industrial & Scientific Laser Sales, Optical Testing & Calibration, Lasers & Optical components, Data Acquisition & General Purpose Test, Power Supplies & Sources, RF/uWave & Wireless products and semiconductors.

John’s key accounts are Boeing, Cobham Defense, Letterkenny Army Depot Lockheed Martin, Excelon, PP&L, Penn State University, FAA Tech Center among others.

John holds advanced degrees in Physics from Case Western Reserve and the University of Toledo. John strengths include leadership, team building, and is well versed in negotiation and communicating with both engineering and management types.

Quentin Vasseur is the Sales Engineer for Embedded Systems and Power Products in Southern New Jersey, Eastern PA and Delaware.

Quentin has over 10 years experience working as a Design Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Program Manager and Sales Engineer. His experience is in Machinery Design, Power Sources, Electronics Manufacturing and Integration and Test Equipment.

Previous to joining Contech Marketing in 2010, Quentin's engineering and sales experience is with the following companies:

Hughes Machinery Co, Springfield, Mo & Saint Louis, MO	Field Sales Engineer Design, Price, and Sell high efficiency compressed air and vacuum systems for a variety of clients from global manufacturing leaders to local manufacturers. Build and maintain customer relationships. Perform plant audits and system recommendations. Track and report project status to VP as well as responsible for growing regional market share and profitability.
Eagle Technologies, Joplin, MO	Program Manager Maintain customer relationships with the US Government & DOD suppliers for existing and future battery contracts. Portfolio would vary from 4 to10 million dollars in revenue and 15-26 programs dependent on the current DOD budget. Conduct program cost reviews with directors of finance and operations in an effort to identify available profit and loss actions to be taken from quarter to quarter. Work with production management to schedule program priorities and lead times. Lead point for new contract negotiations with existing customers and contracts staff. R&D Engineer Lead Embedded Design Engineer for custom power sources on products such as an underwater mapping submarine. Duties included using C and assembly for writing firmware that incorporated power source protections and network communication. Responsible for designing automated test hardware and software to test sub assemblies and final product before shipment. Used many tools such as 3D CAD, PCB layout software, circuit simulation, and programming suites to bring new products to production. Took charge of the UL/ETL/FCC product compliance and testing of a 3KW battery Charger. Took on many extra responsibilities in the areas of purchasing, mechanical & manufacturing engineering, and quality control in an effort to bring the production line to life.
Agilent Technologies, Colorado Springs, CO	Manufacturing Engineer Lead the quality control of a high end oscilloscopes and logic analyzers production line. Duties included leading a cross functional dynamic team of Engineers, managers, production personnel, and support groups to solve existing warranty and quality problems. In charge of the day to day optimization and problem solving related to production support and often called upon to play the role of a field support engineer due to my ability to communicate with nearly everybody. Lead the technical portion of the offshore production line transfer to Malaysia Activities included training foreign operators and engineers for support and operation on the production process while under the umbrella of an ISO 9000 certification.
Spent 12 weeks in Malaysia to confirm successful transfer before returning state side.
Quentin holds a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science from Oklahoma State University and an MBA from the University of Colorado. Quentin also has attained and completed the following industry certifications: Successful Project Management US DOE Compressed air Challenge, Fundamentals & Advanced Alan Bradley SLC 500 & RSLogix Programming Six Sigma White Belt ISO 9000 Internal Auditor EIT (Oklahoma)
